1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your ZPK Digital subscription at any time. To avoid future billing, you must cancel your subscription **before** the next renewal date. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. New users are eligible for a **full refund** within the first 7 days of their initial purchase if the service does not meet their technical requirements. Refund requests must be sent to [email protected].
3. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions
Refunds are granted for:
- Accidental duplicate charges.
- System-wide technical failures that prevented service usage for more than 24 consecutive hours.
- Initial purchase refund requests within 7 days.
Refunds are NOT granted for:
- Subscription renewals (unless cancelled before the renewal date).
- Accounts that have violated our Fair Use Policy or Terms of Service.
- Usage that exceeds 500 AI response tokens within the first 7 days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed immediately via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds will typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days. This delay is due to the financial institution and is outside of ZPK Digital's control.
