1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your ZPK Digital subscription at any time. To avoid future billing, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. New users are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of their initial purchase if the service does not meet their technical requirements. Refund requests must be sent to [email protected].
3. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions
Refunds are granted for:
- Accidental duplicate charges.
- System-wide technical failures that prevented service usage for more than 24 consecutive hours.
- Initial purchase refund requests within 7 days.
Refunds are NOT granted for:
- Subscription renewals (unless cancelled before the renewal date).
- Accounts that have violated our Fair Use Policy or Terms of Service.
- Usage that exceeds 500 AI response tokens within the first 7 days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed immediately via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds will typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days. This delay is due to the financial institution and is outside of ZPK Digital's control.
